TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE AND SALE (General conditions of sale)

Tickets purchased online on the summerboats.eu website are never refundable nor transferable and are valid from 19 March to 20 October 2024.
Booking is not mandatory, just show up on site (Baveno Vb Pzza 4 November) with the ticket (also in electronic format)
Departures and transfers are made every day approximately every 40 minutes

Hours
Tour Tour 1 Borromean island: only Isola Bella or Isola Pescatori departure between 9.45 and 13.45 (last return at 17/18)
Tour 2 Borromean islands: in the following order Isola Bella, Isola Pescatori departure between 9.45 and 13.45 (last return at 17/18)
Tour 3 islands: in the following order isola Madre, isola Bella, isola Pescatori departure between 9.30 and 11.10 (last return at 17/18)

-The mother island is only included in the 3-island coupon.
– Entrance fees to palaces and gardens not included.
-In case of bad weather the service will not be provided.
-It is possible that the municipal landing fee of 50 cents for each island may be requested on site. .
-Cost for each dog on board: €3.00 for each tour.

SUMMER BOATS CONSORZIO MOTOSCAFISTI provides its Customers, by means of these general conditions of sale (General conditions of sale), information on all the aspects that regulate the purchase of products on the Site sold electronically, in compliance with the provisions of the Legislative Decree 6/9/2005, n. 206 (“Consumer Code”), as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2/2014, n. 21, implementing the European directive 2011/83/EU, which, in turn, modified the previous European directives 93/13/EEC and 1999/44/EC, repealing the European directives 85/577/EEC and 97/7 /CE and lastly, with the amendments made by Law 3 May 2019, n. 37 and by Law 12 April 2019, n. 31.
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale form an integral and essential part of the Contract for the purchase of any Good made through the website www.summerboats.eu as well as the forwarding of an Order by the Customer which implies its full acceptance. Therefore, when the Customer places a purchase order for a Good through the Site, the Customer accepts these General Conditions of Sale and declares that he is legally bound to comply with the terms and conditions indicated here.
